A layered approach is essential to avoid inhaling the SARS-CoV-2 virus. That means ventilation (fresh and clean filtered air), fewer people in enclosed spaces for less time, real respirators and distancing (although it doesn’t work after a while inside). There are different layers of responsibility too, from governments to employers to individuals.
Aimed at farm workers, anyone can use the basic information in this video. It briefly describes how the virus is shared in the air, the protections needed and how to improve wearing a surgical mask. The main message is about instructions for putting on (donning) and taking off (doffing) a disposable respirator.
