Injured Workers’ Day
June 1
On June 1 every year, injured and ill workers, advocates, and labour activists gather in cities across the province to mark Injured Workers’ Day. However it is not officially recognized by the province of Ontario. Read about efforts in support of Private Member’s Bill 118, put forth by Sudbury MPP Jamie West. to get the day officially noted here.
